1. About Sean Strait Artworks

Sean Strait Artworks is an independent art business operated by Sean Strait in Arvada, Colorado.

This website features original paintings, fine-art prints, photography, and other artwork and products offered by Sean Strait Artworks.

2. Artwork and Product Information

Every effort is made to ensure that artwork descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colors, prices, and other product information are accurate.

However, colors may appear somewhat different depending on your monitor, device, browser, lighting, and other display conditions.

Original artwork is individually created and may contain natural variations in texture, brushwork, color, and finish. These characteristics are part of the nature of original artwork and are not considered defects.

Fine-art prints are produced from digital artwork or photographic files and may have minor variations in color, texture, cropping, or appearance from the images displayed on this website.

3. Original Artwork

Original paintings offered for sale are one-of-a-kind works unless otherwise stated.

Once an original painting has been purchased and payment has been successfully received, it will be prepared for shipment according to the shipping information provided at checkout.

Ownership of a physical original artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the purchaser. Copyright remains with Sean Strait unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

4. Fine-Art Prints

Many fine-art prints offered through Sean Strait Artworks are produced to order by a third-party professional print provider.

Because these prints are produced specifically in response to an order, production times may vary depending on the print size, materials, fulfillment provider, and shipping destination.

Prints may be shipped separately from other items in an order if they are produced or fulfilled by different providers.

5. Prices and Availability

Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice.

Sean Strait Artworks reserves the right to correct pricing, product descriptions, availability, or other errors on the website.

If an error affects an order that you have already placed, you will be contacted when reasonably possible and given the opportunity to confirm or cancel the affected order.

Artwork and products may be discontinued or become unavailable at any time.

6. Orders and Payment

An order is considered accepted when payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.

Payment is processed through the payment services available through Squarespace.

Sean Strait Artworks reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing errors, inventory or production issues, or other circumstances that prevent an order from being fulfilled.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable payment will be refunded.

7. Shipping

Shipping information, estimated production times, and shipping methods may vary depending on the product.

Fine-art prints may be produced and shipped by a third-party fulfillment provider.

Original paintings may be shipped separately and may use different packaging and shipping services.

Shipping estimates are provided as general guidance and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays caused by carriers, weather, production issues, customs, or circumstances outside the reasonable control of Sean Strait Artworks are not considered a failure to fulfill an order.

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If an item arrives damaged, please contact Sean Strait Artworks as soon as reasonably possible and provide photographs of the damaged item and packaging.

This information may be necessary to determine the appropriate resolution with the shipping carrier or fulfillment provider.

If a shipment appears to be lost or has not arrived within a reasonable period after the expected delivery date, please contact us so that the shipment can be investigated.

9. Returns and Refunds

Because many fine-art prints are produced specifically for the customer after an order is placed, certain made-to-order products may not be eligible for return except where the product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.

Purchasing an original painting or fine-art print does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, licensing rights, or other intellectual-property rights to the purchaser.
